    学厨之一

     

     南瓜粥

     

     

    说要学着下厨也有几个月了,从主食到汤羹,总算也学会了几样。所谓学会,就是从选材、到加工、到烹煮都能够独立操作,成品形似味似,让大家认可的。

     

     

    今天又想念南瓜粥了。这是枫教我的,简单易做,清淡营养,我很喜欢。

    这款粥对我来说算是最容易做,又是做的最好的主食了。

    熬粥用的大米中加入少许糯米,不仅容易起稠,听说糯米还有很好的排毒功效。  

    原先觉得加工南瓜有点困难,主要还是不太会用刀,生的南瓜比较硬,切开、去皮有点麻烦;

    后来琢磨出一个简单的方法, 就是把南瓜对半切开, 去籽后蒸熟,然后用勺取出南瓜泥,

    待粥熬至八成时加入匀开即可。吃时洒上少许熟白芝麻,偶尔嚼着,口感香香的。

    南瓜可以不要削皮,直接放粥锅里一起煮。最好是去皮。
    你这样的做法看起来细气。我是这样的:
    水烧开,加米、切小块的南瓜,熬;也可以与水一起下锅煮。
